Naughty Laundry has no other unique controls at the moment besides using your mouse. You can even just use your right hand to play the game and use your left hand to do something else!

Currently, this version (beta 0.85a) has 10 characters, 6 of which have NSFW scenes. All of those 5 characters have 4 unlockable scenes, for a total of 24 unique scenes.
In the future, we plan to animate those scenes and hopefully make them interactable as well.
