Let's start this off by saying; if this game had perfect English writing it would be one of my absolute favorite porn-games out there. There is an enormous amount of content, a few fetishes/kinks in its sex scenes and pretty appealing art style (at least I really like it, maybe it's not for everyone). The story is a bit silly and unrealistic, but you weren't coming to a game like this for realism were you?
I have been following this game for quite some time and this revamp just get the things to the next level. All the narrative and gameplay got a major upgrade and all the updates have a lot of content. Beggar is very committed with his game and it shows it in each update

Right click and extract the PC Cheat mod zip in the game directory. (It MUST ask to overwrite some files, click yes).
Load up game and when in game press W (Phone) to see the cheat menu (Shown in picture below).
Dont try to use cheat as soon as you start the game, play at least until you get the phone from Warren. (5mins into game)
