The Bimbo Star expansion is the most important release in the game’s history.
There are new characters, new mechanics, new locations, and a new class.
I’m going to start with what I think is the most important thing, since the game cried out for it:
the chance of dying before the end of the game.
Before the game was always a safe place, where there was no sense of danger, that absolutely changes in the expansion with the suspicion meter.
The Suspicion Meter is a skull that appears on the Energy Meter after you learn the truth about this conspiracy. It indicates how suspicious the antagonists of the plot are of your character, and it changes color depending on the mistakes you make in dialogues and other events (some of which are almost impossible to avoid).
If it’s green, don’t worry, if it’s yellow, you can start shaking, and if it’s black, panic, because you might get killed when you least expect it.
Another thing I think is important about the expansion is the new class:
Gimbo (Gothic Bimbo), starring the beautiful Elisabeth.
A level 5 gimbo can choose between two ghosts to summon as companions: her mother or her grandmother.
Her mother will give her Bimbo skills, while her grandmother will give her Stepford skills.
Another important thing about the gimbo is the crafting, at level 35 you can craft your own clothes, and this has a background, because the gothic culture has its origin in the punk culture, and the early goths did indeed craft their own clothes.
There are many interesting things I could tell you about Melinda’s Life Bimbo Star expansion, but I’d rather let you discover them for yourself.
Sincerely, Melinda2424
